Overview

Terminal Launch is infrastructure for creating Solana tokens via Telegram. The system handles token creation, liquidity provisioning, and migration automatically using on-chain primitives.

Key properties:

• Deterministic execution — Token parameters are fixed at creation
• Non-custodial — You retain ownership of fee entitlements
• Automatic migration — Tokens graduate to permanent liquidity
• No wallet connection — Interact entirely through Telegram

Getting Started

To launch a token, open the Telegram bot and follow the guided process.

1. Open @TerminalLaunchBot on Telegram
2. Send /launch to start the wizard
3. Follow the prompts to configure your token
4. Complete payment when prompted
5. Your token launches automatically

The entire process takes approximately 5 minutes.

Launch Process

The bot guides you through each step:

1. Token Name

The display name for your token. This appears in wallets and explorers. Maximum 32 characters.

2. Token Symbol

The ticker symbol (e.g., SOL, USDC). Maximum 10 characters, typically 3-5. Automatically converted to uppercase.

3. Description

A brief description of your token. This is stored in the on-chain metadata. Maximum 200 characters.

4. Image

Upload a square image for your token. Recommended size: 512x512 pixels. Maximum file size: 1MB. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP.

The image is pinned to IPFS for permanent storage.

5. Social Links (Optional)

Add a Twitter/X handle to be included in your token metadata.

6. Wallet Address

Provide your Solana wallet address. This wallet:

• Receives 50% of trading fees (you own this entitlement on-chain)
• Receives LP tokens after graduation
• Can claim fees using any Solana wallet application

7. Initial Buy (Optional)

Optionally purchase tokens at launch. The SOL amount is added to the payment and tokens are sent to your wallet after creation.

8. Payment

Send the displayed amount to the provided payment address. Payment is verified on-chain within 60 seconds. Once confirmed, your token launches immediately.

Token Specifications

All tokens created through Terminal Launch share these properties:

Mint and freeze authorities are revoked at token creation. This means no additional tokens can ever be minted, and tokens cannot be frozen in wallets.

Fees

Launch Fee

The base cost to launch a token is 0.02 SOL. This covers on-chain account creation and transaction fees.

Trading Fees

A 1% fee is charged on all trades in the bonding curve pool:

• 50% to Creator — Sent to your wallet address
• 50% to Protocol — Terminal Launch operational costs

After graduation, trading fees follow Meteora DAMM v2 standard rates.

Initial Buy Fee

If you choose to buy tokens at launch, a 5% fee applies to the initial purchase. This helps prevent frontrunning.

Graduation

When your token reaches the graduation threshold (approximately 300 SOL market cap), it automatically migrates from the bonding curve to Meteora DAMM v2.

What happens at graduation

1. The bonding curve pool closes
2. Liquidity migrates to a permanent DAMM v2 pool
3. LP tokens are distributed:
   • 80% permanently locked (protocol)
   • 10% claimable by protocol
   • 5% permanently locked (creator)
   • 5% claimable by creator
4. Token metadata becomes fully immutable
5. Trading continues on the new pool

Graduation is automatic and requires no action from you.

Claiming Fees

As the token creator, you own your fee entitlement on-chain. The poolCreator role is transferred to your wallet address at token creation.

To claim accumulated fees:

1. Connect to a Meteora-compatible interface with your creator wallet
2. Navigate to your pool
3. Claim your creator trading fees

You can use any Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) to claim fees. Terminal Launch does not custody or intermediate your fees.

FAQ

Do I need to connect a wallet?

No. The entire launch process happens through Telegram. You provide your wallet address as text, and fee entitlements are assigned to that address on-chain.

Can I launch multiple tokens?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of tokens you can launch.

What if my payment doesn't confirm?

Payments are monitored for 60 minutes. If the payment doesn't confirm in time, you will receive a notification. Contact support if you experience issues.

Can I change token metadata after launch?

Metadata becomes immutable after graduation. Before graduation, the update authority is held by a governance program that does not allow modifications.

Where can I trade my token?

After launch, your token is immediately tradeable on Meteora. It will also appear on aggregators like Jupiter once indexed.
