1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Terminal Launch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Terminal Launch provides infrastructure for creating tokens on the Solana blockchain via a Telegram bot interface. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Service Description

Terminal Launch provides automated token creation on Solana via Telegram. The Service:

  • Creates SPL tokens with fixed parameters
  • Provisions liquidity on Meteora protocol
  • Manages automatic graduation to permanent pools
  • Assigns fee entitlements to creator-specified wallets

The Service executes on-chain transactions according to predetermined logic. Terminal Launch does not have custody of user funds or tokens at any point.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree:

  • To provide accurate information when creating tokens
  • Not to create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Not to create tokens for illegal purposes or to facilitate fraud
  • Not to impersonate other entities or individuals
  • To comply with all applicable laws regarding securities and digital assets

You are solely responsible for the tokens you create and any consequences arising from their creation and distribution.

5. Fees and Payments

The Service charges fees for token creation. Current fee structures are displayed in the bot and on the website. Fees are non-refundable once a token has been successfully created.

Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe. Failed or incomplete payments may result in launch cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content (names, descriptions, images) you provide for token creation. By using the Service, you grant Terminal Launch a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the right to use any content you provide and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Terminal Launch does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Tokens created will have any particular value or utility
  • The underlying blockchain networks will function as expected
  • Third-party services (Meteora, Jupiter, etc.) will remain available

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERMINAL LAUNCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Terminal Launch's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific token launch giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terminal Launch and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Tokens you create using the Service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Modifications

Terminal Launch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

Terminal Launch may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Tokens created before termination will continue to exist on-chain independently of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
