Terminal Launch operates primarily through a Telegram bot interface. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

When creating a token, you provide:

  • Token metadata — Name, symbol, description, and image
  • Wallet address — Your Solana wallet address for fee entitlements
  • Social links — Optional Twitter/X handle

Telegram Data

Through Telegram's bot API, we receive:

  • Telegram user ID — Numeric identifier for your Telegram account
  • Username — Your Telegram username (if set)
  • Messages — Text and media sent to the bot during token creation

We do not have access to your Telegram password, phone number, or messages in other chats.

Blockchain Data

We record on-chain transaction data related to token launches:

  • Payment transaction signatures
  • Token mint addresses
  • Pool addresses
  • Transaction timestamps

This information is publicly available on the Solana blockchain.

Technical Data

For the website, we may collect standard technical information:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide the Service — Create tokens and manage launches
  • Process payments — Verify on-chain payment transactions
  • Communicate — Send notifications about launch status

  • On-chain — Token metadata is published to the Solana blockchain and IPFS, where it is publicly accessible and permanent
  • Service providers — With third parties that help operate the Service (hosting, IPFS pinning, RPC providers)
  • Legal requirements — When required by law or to protect our rights and safety

5. Data Storage and Security

We store data on secure servers with industry-standard protections. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information published to the blockchain or IPFS is permanent and cannot be deleted. This includes token metadata, images, and transaction history.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:

  • Launch records — Retained indefinitely for operational and audit purposes
  • Telegram conversation data — Retained for 90 days after launch completion
  • Technical logs — Retained for 30 days

Blockchain data is permanent and outside our control.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of information (subject to limitations)
  • Object to certain processing activities

Note that on-chain data cannot be modified or deleted due to the nature of blockchain technology.

The Service integrates with third-party services:

  • Telegram — Bot platform (subject to Telegram's privacy policy)
  • Solana — Blockchain network (public by design)
  • Meteora — DEX protocol (on-chain, public)
  • IPFS/Pinata — Decentralized storage (content is public)
  • Helius — RPC provider

These services have their own privacy policies that govern their handling of your data.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International Users

The Service is operated internationally. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.
